Who I am

This website, ceocompanion.com, is run by Aleksander Fronczek, acting as a private individual. You can reach me at aleks@ceocompanion.com.

What data this site collects

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, and your message. Nothing else. The site has no user accounts and does not set cookies. Page views are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and stores no personal data: I see aggregate page views, referrers, country and device type, nothing about you as an individual.

Why and on what basis

Your form data is used for one purpose: to read and answer your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before sending, and my legitimate interest in responding to a message you chose to send me. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing me.

Who processes the data

Form submissions are delivered to my mailbox by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form delivery service that transmits your message and does not sell or reuse it. Booking a call happens on cal.com, a separate service with its own privacy policy that applies once you open their page.

How long I keep it

Inquiry emails are kept as long as our conversation is live, then archived or deleted. If we never end up working together, you can ask me to delete the thread at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of it. Email aleks@ceocompanion.com and I will handle it personally. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
